ESHARA, in partnership with Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota, offers a culturally responsive Legal Aid Kiosk located in our Moorhead office, providing New Americans, refugees, and immigrants with a private, safe space to access essential legal and workforce services.
Our dedicated kiosk serves as a comprehensive resource hub where community members can apply for civil legal aid services, access legal resources and forms, print important documents, and participate in virtual court hearings and attorney consultations in complete privacy.
Understanding the unique needs of our diverse community, this service extends beyond legal support to function as a workforce development center where clients can conduct job interviews, search for employment opportunities, and access computer resources for career advancement.

ESHARA's multilingual Care Coordinators provide personalized guidance, translation, and interpretation services to ensure every client can confidently navigate these services, creating a welcoming, culturally sensitive environment where New Americans can access justice and build their futures with dignity and support.
